  • Tolerates a variety of soil conditions including alkaline and salty
  • Produces abundant long-lasting yellow flower clusters at the ends of stems
  • Attract bees, butterflies and hummingbirds
  • Fruit is an inflated capsule about 1.5 inches long, green turning to brown
  • Drought tolerant, but tolerates summer watering
